Swimming & Diving Practice Info

2007-08 Parish Swimming & Diving Team: • Practices start - October 9 (Tuesday) • Swim practices are at the Greenhill pool on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and are for both Varsity (grades 9-12) and Middle School (Grades 5-8) • Varsity practices 6:00-7:25 am. MS practices 6:30-7:30am. • Varsity will also have three Saturday practices in October & December at 11 am-12:30 pm (location TBA) • Varsity will do dry land workouts with Coach Oberstar-Brown each Wednesday after school, 4:00-4:45 p.m., beginning October 10 (at Parish, location TBA) • Varsity may also do an optional weight room workout coordinated with Coach Oberstar-Brown and Coach Crull. • Diving work outs with Coach Pappas on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Loos Natatorium, 6:00-7:30 am, and certain Saturdays afternoons at SMU.
